Host/hostess

Our hosts are the business card of your organization. They are ready to tailor the service to the needs and wants of the guest. This starts with a warm welcome where our host/hostess receives the visitor with an open appearance and a smile. After that, our host/hostess will guide the guest to the appointment. He/she will provide coffee, tea or a refreshment. In addition, our host/hostess will try to relieve the client as much as possible by arranging the catering, connecting the beamer or preparing the meeting rooms. Everything has been thought of. After a warm goodbye your guests will walk out the door with a smile on their face..

Professional host/hostess

The host/hostess contributes to a safe responsible environment by providing information, instructions and directions. 

Each business environment requires a specialized approach, tailored to the specific situation. Our host/hostess knows better than anyone how to adapt within an organization and is selected and trained on multiple fronts, so that besides creating a hospitable environment, safety (for example COVID-19 related) also plays an important role. A professional guidance takes place within our own Melrose Academy. This includes the ER-, EHBDU-, Profiling-, Hospitality- and earlier mentioned Social Distancing Training.

Tailored Host/hostess

Melrose Security understands that every organization has a certain look and feel. Therefore, we will always select the host/hostess that fits the desired profile of the client. Depending on the need within the organization, these can also be extended with other specific tasks (for example COVID-19 or security, related, see also our Security Host- and/or receptionist job description).
