Our receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a great welcome, a pleasant stay and a warm goodbye. The receptionist thus can exert a great deal of influence on the first and last impression a visitor has of the office. All visitors and employees are welcomed in a personal, committed and professional manner. Of course, a comprehensive visitor and time registration system plays an important role in the security of the location and organization as well.
Our clients often deploy our receptionists in places where many people enter and leave the location. Think for example of office buildings, health care institutions, hotels and hospitals. The receptionist is responsible for the warm welcome of guests (with a cup of coffee), visitor and time registration, but also for other supporting administrative tasks.
The receptionist of Melrose Security

Our receptionists have completed a Social Distancing training based on the Melrose Security 1.5- meter protocol. The receptionists thereby contribute to a safe and responsible environment by providing clear information, instructions and directions in the context of the coronavirus.
Within our own Melrose Academy, the right skills will be taught. This includes the ER, EHBDU, Profiling, Hospitality and the previously mentioned Social Distancing Training.
